beam — If you say that someone is beaming, you mean that they have a big smile on their face because they are happy, pleased, or proud about something.
bream — any of several Eurasian freshwater cyprinid fishes of the genus Abramis, esp A. brama, having a deep compressed body covered with silvery scales

sea bream — any of numerous marine sparid fishes, as Pagellus centrodontus, inhabiting waters off the coasts of Europe.
sour cream — cream soured by the lactic acid produced by a ferment.
supreme — Also called sauce suprême. a velouté made with a rich chicken stock.
tie beam — a horizontal timber or the like for connecting two structural members to keep them from spreading apart, as a beam connecting the feet of two principal rafters in a roof truss.
triple cream — a fresh, soft cheese of France, containing at least 72 percent fat, made from cow's milk enriched with cream.
upstream — toward or in the higher part of a stream; against the current.
balance beam — a long, narrow, horizontal wooden beam raised about 4 feet (1.2 m) above the floor, on which women gymnasts perform balancing routines consisting of jumps, tumbles, turns, running steps, etc.
clotted cream — Clotted cream is very thick cream made by heating milk gently and taking the cream off the top. It is made mainly in the south west of England.
coffee cream — cream for use in coffee; light cream.
color scheme — In a room or house, the color scheme is the way in which colors have been used to decorate it.
heavy cream — thick cream having a high percentage of butterfat.
laser beam — a beam of radiation produced from a laser, used in surgery, communications, weapons systems, printing, recording and various industrial processes.
particle beam — Physics. a concentrated stream of particles, as electrons, neutrons, or protons, generated for studying particle interactions, nuclear structure, crystal structure, etc.
