caucused — U.S. Politics. a meeting of party leaders to select candidates, elect convention delegates, etc. a meeting of party members within a legislative body to select leaders and determine strategy. (often initial capital letter) a faction within a legislative body that pursues its interests through the legislative process: the Women's Caucus; the Black Caucus.
banded — If something is banded, it has one or more bands on it, often of a different colour which contrasts with the main colour.
plotted — a secret plan or scheme to accomplish some purpose, especially a hostile, unlawful, or evil purpose: a plot to overthrow the government.
intrigued — to arouse the curiosity or interest of by unusual, new, or otherwise fascinating or compelling qualities; appeal strongly to; captivate: The plan intrigues me, but I wonder if it will work.
