change — If there is a change in something, it becomes different.
issue — the act of sending out or putting forth; promulgation; distribution: the issue of food and blankets to flood victims.
outcome — a final product or end result; consequence; issue.
result — to spring, arise, or proceed as a consequence of actions, circumstances, premises, etc.; be the outcome.
situation — manner of being situated; location or position with reference to environment: The situation of the house allowed for a beautiful view.
circumstance — The circumstances of a particular situation are the conditions which affect what happens.
conclusion — When you come to a conclusion, you decide that something is true after you have thought about it carefully and have considered all the relevant facts.
denouement — In a book, play, or series of events, the denouement is the sequence of events at the end, when things come to a conclusion.
event — A thing that happens, esp. one of importance.
