  • transform — to change in form, appearance, or structure; metamorphose.
  • alter — If something alters or if you alter it, it changes.
  • modify — to change somewhat the form or qualities of; alter partially; amend: to modify a contract.
  • contort — If someone's face or body contorts or is contorted, it moves into an unnatural and unattractive shape or position.
  • distort — to twist awry or out of shape; make crooked or deformed: Arthritis had distorted his fingers.
  • doctor — a person licensed to practice medicine, as a physician, surgeon, dentist, or veterinarian.
  • mutate — to change; alter.
  • recast — to cast again or anew.
